About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Management: Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies, ensuring accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • Cost Control: Pro-actively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring that applications are made correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
  • Contract Management: Manage contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
  • Improvement: Drive improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, and ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.
  • Contract Management: Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred).
