Job Title: Trainee Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

Our company, Jacob Thomas Associates, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales and Customer Service Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales and customer service.

The Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and quotations on our in-house system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pack and post small items sold via our online platform.
  • Support the Sales and Customer Service Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grade C or above.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Driving license or own means of transport is preferable, as we are not located near a bus route.
