About Us

At WR Engineering, we are a leading provider of camera technology solutions. We seek a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our UK expansion.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing new business opportunities within the industrial camera technology sector. They will also have a proven track record in driving growth and expanding existing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand existing ones.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop targeted strategies to penetrate new markets and grow our presence in the UK.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record working as a Business Development Manager (BDM), Sales Manager, or Sales Engineer.
  • Experience working with machine vision / coding distributors or OEMs.
  • A strong understanding of B2B sales processes and solution-based selling.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000, with an OTE of circa £70,000+. A company car, phone, laptop, and pension scheme are also included.
