Job Title: Member Services Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Member Services team as a Member Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full Member Services Team and ensuring that outstanding customer service is provided to our members and supply chain partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Member Services Team in providing exceptional customer service to members and supply chain partners.
- Identify potential new members, send and track membership packs, and ensure the team is informed of all developments.
- Assist in drafting management and agent reports, conduct competitor analysis and mystery shopping, and run operational reports for the COO, Director, and Board.
- Organize and track review meetings for clients, attend key client meetings and internal operational meetings, and track follow-up actions.
- Prepare draft member review reports, draft social media content, and issue bulk emails.
Requirements:
- Customer service and account management experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Experience within Social Housing or similar sectors (desirable, not essential).
- Basic understanding of Procurement (desirable, not essential).
