NHS Job Opportunity: Lead Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to lead our chemotherapy unit, providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth delivery of cancer treatment.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of nurses, overseeing patient care, and ensuring compliance with clinical governance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee patient care, ensuring timely and effective treatment delivery.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • RGN Level 1 or 2 qualification.
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing Studies.
  • UKONS certification.
  • Leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
