Salary
£54,500 per annum, plus an on-call allowance of £1,500 and potential Outstanding Ofsted bonus of £2,500.
Job Description
As a Residential Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring the delivery of excellent service provision incorporating care, welfare, safety, and security of all children and young people in your care. This includes promoting the company ethos as an activity-based organization and adhering to health and safety guidelines, including regular monitoring of the monthly Health and Safety Audit.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working in a senior or strategic role within a childrens residential care setting
- A Level 3 Diploma in Childrens Residential Service or equivalent
- GCSE in Maths and English at C Grade or above
- Physical fitness and ability to work under own initiative
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to lead staff teams and possess line management experience
