Change Management Officer (Internal Opportunity)

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Officer to join our very busy, innovative transformation team at East Cheshire NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a portfolio of initiatives, managing your own time and workload with guidance and support from the team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in the NHS, a good understanding of NHS structures, and specialist knowledge of quality improvement methodology, tools and techniques. They will also have ability to travel and work effectively in a variety of settings.

Main Objectives:

  • Work with colleagues to support the planning and delivery of work programmes focused on our strategic priorities, with a leading role in specific initiatives.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects, using robust evidence to demonstrate their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve programme objectives and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Compensation Package:

This is an internal opportunity with a competitive salary of around £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will receive a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for career development and progression, and a supportive, inclusive environment.
