Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate all technical and operational activities and personnel in the laboratory.

2. Present data and information across all levels, including the lab, department, division, and corporate, and proficiently answer questions from all groups of staff, managers, and clients.

3. Recommend and endorse test methods, including validation, documentation, and implementation of test systems.

4. Initiate and monitor quality assurance programs for the laboratory to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

1. Relevant degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences.
