About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ITW Construction Products (UK/Nordics) as a Marketing Manager, responsible for setting the Product and Communications Strategy for the Electrical segment within the Concrete Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales and growth in the Electrical market.
  • Lead the Customer Back innovation process to ensure a pipeline of new products and developments.
  • Manage the Communications strategy, targeting key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
  • Line manage the Communications team, ensuring effective execution of strategic communications.
  • Grow the SPIT Brand and raise awareness within its chosen markets.
  • Develop key metrics to measure the success of the Marketing Strategy.

Requirements

  • A track record of delivering impactful change through strategic planning.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing across multiple channels.
