Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with households to identify and address barriers to rehousing, updating personalized housing plans as needed.
  • Assess eligibility for housing assistance, homelessness, and priority need, considering local connections and intentional homelessness.
  • Work closely with local support agencies, health, and social services to ensure sustainable outcomes for families and vulnerable adults.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Homelessness Reduction Act and its implications for housing authorities.
