Job Title: Senior Care Professional

The role of a Senior Care Professional with PSR Solutions involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while maintaining their dignity and respecting their independence. This requires a positive, proactive approach and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering person-centred care to residents in line with company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records of resident care plans and progress.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:
• N/SVQ level 3 qualification in adult care or equivalent.
• Medication training is preferable but not essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Salary: £15.00 per hour, paid on a permanent contract basis.
