Registered Care Professional for Elderly Healthcare

This position requires a permanent Staff Nurse at University Hospital Crosshouse. The role involves identifying and addressing the healthcare needs of patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in line with professional standards.
As a key member of the Nursing Team, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring team performance, supporting the Senior Charge Nurse/Deputy Charge Nurse in their absence. You will work closely with the team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
To excel in this role, you will need current NMC registration, evidence of ongoing professional development, excellent communication skills, and strong time management abilities. A keen interest in Acute Care of the Elderly and enthusiasm for the specialty are essential qualities for success.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £31,882 - £44,688 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
