We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Howard House. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and promoting their dignity and respect.
- Participate in leisure and social activities, encouraging residents to engage and participate in a fun and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, using active listening skills and empathy.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- Varied shift patterns, including full-time and part-time options.
