About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at 1st Homecare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
  • Mileage paid at 30p per mile.
  • A range of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle, including full-time, part-time, school hours, job shares, bank/relief, and social support hours.
