Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Kilmarnock. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Managing medications and cooking or preparing hot meals
  • Helping with domestic tasks and providing companionship and reassurance to our clients

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored care to meet their individual requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
  • Previous caring experience is desirable but not essential
  • A driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work is desirable
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including alternate weekends

This role is subject to a DBS/PVG check.
