Senior Healthcare Support Worker

About the Role:
NHS Scotland is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Senior Healthcare Support Worker at University Hospital Crosshouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the shift coordinator and Senior Charge Nurse to adjust to the requirements of various care areas.
- Identify acutely unwell adults and report to the relevant responsible nurse.
- Prioritize workload and work closely with registered nurses to achieve shift requirements and ensure patient safety and quality of care.
Requirements:
- Understanding of different streams of care and ability to adapt to different patient needs.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Opportunities for growth and development to increase knowledge base and skill set.
