Senior Clinical Team Manager

About the Role:
NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC). As a Senior Clinical Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing management and clinical leadership to the CTAC team, inclusive of support and development of newly qualified nurses joining primary care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management and clinical leadership to the CTAC team
- Support and develop newly qualified nurses joining primary care teams
- Work collaboratively in a safe, caring and respectful way
Requirements:
- NMC registered as 1st level adult nurse
- V300 or working towards (desirable)
- Car licence/Car ownership is essential to this role
