About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Cumbernauld Community Mental Health Team within Central Health Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of client/patient nursing care for patients with a range of mental disorders, substance misuse, learning disability or co-morbidity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high standards of client/patient nursing care
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct mental health assessments and provide evidence-based interventions
  • Supervise and mentor junior nurses and students
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with valid NMC Registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies
  • Experience in mental health nursing
