Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Performance Improvement Specialist to join our Retail Operations team in the South of England. This 12-month secondment offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and improve store performance.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Property and Retail teams to create and deliver an implementation plan, collaborating with Store Managers and Operation Managers to ensure successful change management.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.
  3. Design and execute effective change management plans to engage stakeholders and drive adoption.
Requirements
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues.
  • Good organisational skills and planning abilities.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry-related field.
Benefits
  • An estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus great benefits package.
  • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays.
