About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our esteemed Wills, Trusts and Tax team at Thornton Legal.

As a Legal Secretary in this team, you will provide exceptional secretarial support to partners, solicitors, and consultants in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high standard of secretarial service in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence
  • General team administration such as photocopying, filing, and scanning
  • Handling telephone enquiries and managing fee earner diaries

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a firm that prides itself on providing high-quality, results-focused legal advice through a dedicated partner-led service.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a legal environment, preferably within a Wills, Trusts and Tax department, although this specific experience is not essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and you will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Your ability to manage and prioritise your work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail will be crucial for success in this role.
