About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our leading Wills and Probate team in East Cheshire. As a key member of our dynamic department, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, handling matters such as drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload independently, handling complex Wills and Probate matters
  • Conduct business development and marketing initiatives to grow the department
  • Deliver exceptional client care in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and ensure compliance with SRA regulations
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and support junior members
About You

We are looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-3 years PQE and strong technical knowledge in Wills and Probate. You should be proficient in case management systems, preferably Proclaim. If you are passionate about delivering excellence in legal services, we encourage you to apply.
