As a Sales and Product Development Manager, you will play a key role in the success of Hitachi Energy's growing High Voltage unit in the UK. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for product positioning, market planning, and strategic product launches.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be accountable for managing sales and product positioning of Gas Insulated Switchgear, Live Tank breakers, Hybrid technology solutions, and other HV portfolio projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market strategy and product positioning plans, working closely with the account management team.
  • Analyze data to create accurate sales plans, providing regular updates.
  • Closely collaborate with tendering and project management teams, ensuring alignment with factories, customers, and our Service team.

Requirements:

  • Engineering-related degree (electrical desirable but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of High Voltage switchgear and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English.
  • Flexible to travel across the UK and abroad, as required.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
