Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Ultimate Banking Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in achieving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement learning solutions that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven decisions to improve their impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs are innovative and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on adult learning and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories, including andragogy and experiential learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to improve learning programs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
