Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at GSL Education. Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with our skilled team to create personalized learning plans that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.
  • Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with autism, focusing on those with non-verbal or limited verbal abilities, using effective communication strategies such as PECS and Makaton.

Requirements:



  • Experience working with individuals with autism (ASD), whether through paid positions or personal involvement.
  • A background in using communication tools such as PECS and Makaton, particularly with non-verbal or limited verbal children.
