Autism Support Professional

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Autism Support Professional to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves. As an Autism Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to thrive in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying pupils with ASD who need additional support.
- Work closely with SENCos to promote learning and development.
- Help develop pupils' emotional, social, and behavioural skills.
- Monitor and keep track of pupil progress and behaviour.
- Support the psychological development of students in need.
- Work mainly on a 1:1 basis.
