We are a dynamic and ambitious company looking for a skilled Area Business Development Manager to join our team in Essex and Suffolk.
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development. You will work closely with onsite teams, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction, as well as offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and progress sales through to completion.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers who have shown interest in our developments and provide expert advice on their purchase of the apartment and lifestyle.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they have a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market. You will need excellent customer relationship skills, a determination to succeed, and the ability to work independently.
You must hold a valid UK Driver's Licence and be willing to visit customers away from the site. In return, you will receive a competitive salary plus commission, cash for car benefit or company car, annual holiday entitlement, health screening, and other benefits.
