Job Description:

Rossie Young People's Trust is seeking a skilled Residential Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for our young residents.

We operate a 1 on / 2 off rolling rota with 26 hours per week. This means you will have regular breaks and time to recharge. Our team works around the clock, 365 days a year, to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £31,292 - £48,196 (pro rata for part-time hours). We will consider candidates with relevant qualifications for salary placement.
