Children's Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a Children's Residential Care Assistant to join our team in a residential setting, providing 24-hour care to children with complex needs.

Salary: Up to £16/hour

Location: Various locations throughout the country

This is a temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. As a Children's Residential Care Assistant, you will be responsible for working effectively as part of a team, providing personal care to children, administering medication, and promoting a positive parenting role model.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a residential setting with young people, flexibility in the roles undertaken, strong communication skills, and a full driving licence. You will also need to register under the PVG scheme and obtain, or be working towards, SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
