Adult Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to work as an Adult Social Care Officer in our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live ordinary lives. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality front-line services, focusing on the direct support of individuals with complex needs.
About the Role:
In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to develop personalized support plans. You will be required to provide personal care, support individuals with eating and drinking, and assist with various activities tailored to their assessed needs. This may include rebound therapy, adapted bikes, hydro-therapy, swimming, and attending community groups or in-house activities.
A guaranteed interview is available for applicants who meet the essential criteria for this role, including those with disabilities, recognized caring responsibilities, care-experienced young people, and our own employees with caring responsibilities or young people on apprenticeships or placements.
What We Offer:
