About the Role

This position involves delivering frontline care services to adults with learning disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to enable service users to lead ordinary lives.

  • Support individuals with personal care and mealtime assistance.
  • Accompany service users in various activities, such as rebound therapy, adapted bikes, hydrotherapy, and swimming.

A significant aspect of this role is fostering engagement with community groups and in-house activities.

Key Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., social work, healthcare).
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, particularly those with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
