Main Responsibilities
  • Provide Programme Management Office services to the Suffolk and North-East Essex Provider Collaborative, ensuring effective project and programme delivery.

Person Specification
  • Experience working within an acute NHS organisation.
  • Project Management Office (PMO) experience of managing projects, including the creation of project plans, tracking risks and issues, and formal change agreements.
  • Evidence of supporting successful project and/or operational performance and improvement, including the development and monitoring of output and outcome measures.
  • Project experience in supporting specific services, including design, development, implementation, and management of change in a multi-professional environment.
  • Experience working with data, recording, analysing, and presenting.
  • Experience of managing process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience of working in a large programme environment.
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level or with the equivalent professional experience.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Formal training in project management methodology, e.g. PRINCE 2.
  • Formal training in process improvement methodology.
  • Awareness of PMO working practice.
Knowledge
  • Demonstrable knowledge of process improvement methods and approaches.
  • Knowledge of health service management, including change and project management.
  • Proficient use of IT systems, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Project Management Tools.
  • Understanding of Trust clinical strategy.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of service improvements, change management, and project management.
  • Knowledge of the transformation programme within the trust.
