The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales manager role and strong leadership and team management experience. They will be able to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team, and have strong organisational skills and accurate record keeping.

The Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for providing proactive and effective service to all levels of internal and external customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. They will manage interactions between the company and its customers, addressing issues with pricing, service, and delivery.

The Sales Team Lead will analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, adjusting sales strategies in response to market changes. They will also develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer retention and repeat business.

Key responsibilities include:
