About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Available Car Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from start to finish during the digital/online journey.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and live chat to capture all leads that come in via our online portals.
  2. Respond to customers enquiring via digital platforms in a timely and professional manner, in line with company KPIs.
  3. Arrange appointments for customers to visit our showrooms.
  4. Take overflow calls to assist the showrooms when needed.
  5. Work closely with the site-based sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  6. Hold a full UK driving licence, essential for driving manual, automatic, and electric vehicles.
About You

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in sales, able to demonstrate where they have achieved and excelled hitting targets. You will thrive in a competitive sales environment and encourage growth within the business.

  1. Exhibit an enthusiastic telephone manner with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  2. Hold a proven track record in sales within a similar role - motor trade is desired but not essential.
  3. Hold a full UK driving licence, essential for the role.
