About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Trading Strategy: Define and implement a winning digital trading strategy that drives revenue and growth across all digital platforms.
  • Maximise Sales Performance: Take ownership of digital sales performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Manage Trading Process: Oversee the end-to-end trading process, from daily operations to strategic campaign execution and brand promotion, in collaboration with digital marketing and optimisation teams.
  • Drive On-Site Performance: Improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall site KPIs through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse Business Drivers: Provide in-depth analysis of key business drivers and trade performance, creating actionable plans to ensure continued growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a fascia digital trading calendar, delivering timely and relevant promotions and content.
  • Utilise Data and Analytics: Leverage data and analytics tools to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance Customer Journey: Collaborate with UX and optimisation teams to enhance the customer journey, ensuring that all campaigns and promotions align with business objectives.
  • Support SEO Strategies: Ensure that SEO strategies are supported by evergreen and seasonal content, driving customer engagement and increasing conversion.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Trading Manager with a strong background in digital trading and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital trading or e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving commercial success in the retail or consumer brand sectors.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Confident using multiple analytics tools to track performance, and able to report findings clearly and concisely.
  • Financial Planning: Skilled at creating and executing financial plans, building digital business cases, and forecasting key digital metrics.
  • Effective Communication: An effective communicator, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, influence decision-making, and drive results.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with an eye on the competition, always looking for ways to stay ahead of the curve.
  • E-commerce Platforms: Familiar with e-commerce platforms and experienced working in high-growth, scalable environments.
