About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Care Home Director to lead our team at Pathways, a specialist care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our home and ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided by the home
  • Collaborate with local commissioners and professionals to ensure that our services meet the needs of our residents and the community
  • Manage the financial performance of the home, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure that the home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a leadership role in a complex care setting
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent clinical, business, digital, and operational skills
