About the Role

Stericycle is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our plant operations in the UK. As a key member of our Operations Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant operations and improve customer service delivery.
  • Lead a team of plant managers to ensure safe, productive, and efficient operations.
  • Manage regional expenditure and business planning to ensure financial budgets and future capex requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure operational compliance and permit obligations are met.
  • Monitor branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of managing plant processes and teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge and background in engineering and systems awareness.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and capital projects.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and data entry ability.
