Are you an experienced Branch Manager with a background in the automotive sector, seeking a mobile role with one of the UK's leading suppliers of automotive components?
Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will oversee all branches in the northern region, ensuring they meet established KPIs and performance targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and motivating branch teams to enhance performance.
- Conducting ongoing training and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the Regional Operations Manager to drive operational excellence.
- Monitoring Profit and Loss statements and sales performance for each branch.
- Leading various internal projects and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Ideal Candidate:
This role is ideal for a Branch Manager with an automotive background who is looking for a blend of remote and mobile work across the northern region. You will join a supportive and successful organization, equipped with a company vehicle and clear pathways for career advancement.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week, with remote work and monthly visits to each branch.
