JD Gyms is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to lead our Yorkshire area.
About the Role:
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and sales activity within the area. This includes proactive management of sales and operations to achieve consistency and excellence in agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the area's sales and operations, including management of controls and procedures to maintain and monitor standards and performance.
- Collaboration with General Managers to achieve maximum operational profitability and drive growth.
- Line management and performance management of General Managers, including inspirational leadership, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Management of financial controls and H&S aspects, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Regular reporting to Head of Operations on sales and operational performance, issues, and improvements.
- Identification of opportunities for growth, cost saving initiatives, and positive change.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in operations and sales management.
- Ability to analyze data and present key findings to support new ideas and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with General Managers and other stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational efficiency.
