Regional Operations Manager

Stericycle is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our plant operations in the UK. As a key member of our Operations Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of plant operations professionals to achieve business objectives and improve operational performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Manage regional expenditure and business planning to ensure financial budgets and future capex requirements are met.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record of managing plant operations and teams.
- Strong technical knowledge and background in engineering and systems awareness.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and driving business growth.
- Strong health and safety leadership and a commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
