Product Marketing Leader

Anaplan Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Leader to join our team in London, Miami, New York, or San Francisco.
About the Role:- This role will involve developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with Anaplan's business objectives and drive growth for our platform and AI product portfolio.
- You will also be responsible for creating compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that articulate the unique value propositions and benefits of Anaplan's platform, AI, and applications/solutions to identified customer segments.
With a strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales enablement, and cross-functional teams, you will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to drive strategic decisions will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with Anaplan's business objectives.
- Create compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that articulate the unique value propositions and benefits of Anaplan's platform, AI, and applications/solutions.
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, GTM operations, enablement, customer success, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and continuously optimize strategies based on performance data.
- Demonstrable experience of product or solution marketing/management experience.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, management, and development; Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Masters degree preferred or considerable experience.
- Experience working with B2B marketing, sales enablement, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence without authority.
- Experience developing marketing content to target key audience members and drive pipeline for your products.
- Deep technical product understanding and experience launching enterprise products and platform features.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Self-motivated and doesn't wait for prescriptive direction, capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Estimated salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
