Operations and Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office and Facilities Manager to join our People team at Opus. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our office environment, ensuring a safe, efficient, and innovative workspace that promotes productivity and collaboration.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have experience within an office or facilities type role and a proven ability to oversee office operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
This role involves:
- Coordinating office operations and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Planning and managing company events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully from inception to completion.
- Managing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment (including kitchen stock and deliveries).
- Engaging with facilities providers, landlords, and other premises stakeholders.
You will have:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, with passes in Maths and English.
- Proven experience within an office or facilities type role.
- An understanding of facilities management best practices, including health and safety regulations.
