Senior Pension Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Pension Administrator to join our Defined Benefit Operations Team at Just Group plc.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our DB Administration team, working closely with our Third-Party Administration operational team and the Implementation team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to the DB Member Services team.
- Ensure DB Senior Leadership Team and affected teams are up to date about specific technical and legislative issues relevant to DB de-risking by way of research, analysis, and liaison with industry bodies.
- Identify risks and administrative requirements presented by existing and proposed DB related legislation and regulations.
- Review process guides and maps to ensure that they meet legislative and regulatory requirements, ensuring they adhere to the TCF, Conduct, and vulnerable customer principles.
- DB policy administration as required, working with the Third-Party Administration team, including providing technical guidance on member queries, DSAR's, and complaints.
- Support the DB Operations team and wider DB Team with various tasks associated with client requirements, administration, reporting, MI, payments, and data validation.
- Support DB Implementation Services and the Business Development teams with any ad-hoc technical matters and queries.
About You:
- You have extensive knowledge and experience of DB calculation routines.
- Previous project team experience, especially related to pension scheme activities.
- You have clear focus on quality, service, and results.
- Good Microsoft office skills particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days annual leave.
