Nursing Professional - Reigate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle in Reigate. As a leading provider of luxury care and nursing home services, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff to grow and develop their careers.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of a defined area of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
  • Provide personal care to residents, leadership and guidance to the care team, and manage monthly routine medication.
  • Supervise the care team during medication delivery, respond to emergency situations, and act as a named nurse for individual residents.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, involve them in decisions about their care, and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Award-winning NMC registration.
  • Working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Post-registration qualifications, such as those in dementia care or leadership.
