Job Opportunity

As a Community Dietitian, you will provide comprehensive dietetic assessment, advice, and care planning to community patients in need of nutritional support.

Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, you will contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach to delivering high-quality care to vulnerable elderly patients with complex nutritional needs.

You will work closely with patients to ensure their care is safe, effective, and tailored to their individual requirements.

With a focus on remote work not being an option, you will be based in a community setting, working with patients in their own homes or in community-based facilities.

The role involves working up to 4 days a week, with a maximum of 7.5 hours per day, with flexibility to negotiate the specific days and hours to suit your needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
