About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our Community Nutrition and Dietetics team in Central Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to work in the community, providing expert care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and implement care plans for patients in clinic, at home, and in nursing and care homes.
  • Provide high-standard specialist advice to patients and carers.
  • Develop and promote a holistic, supportive, and patient-centered service.
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent leading to Health Professions Council (HCPC) Registration as a Dietitian
  • Teaching qualification or demonstration of teaching/supervision experience
  • Compliance with regulatory bodies and codes of professional conduct
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working in Specialist Mental Health
  • Experience working in community settings
