Community Engagement Specialist

Preston North End Community and Education Trust is a leading charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals through community-based initiatives. We are currently seeking an experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving recruitment efforts across our programmes, including Premier League Primary Stars, Alternative Education Provision, the Centre of Sporting Excellence, and USW programmes. This will involve collaborating with schools, colleges, and community groups to enhance engagement and promote participation in our services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver effective recruitment events. They will also be responsible for developing a recruitment strategy, meeting organisational targets, and supporting marketing efforts with our team.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,100 per annum, paid monthly, plus benefits including company pension and on-site parking.
