Job Title: Operations Analyst

Harmonic Operations is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our company.

Job Summary:

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for carrying out full case process reviews, updating senior members of the team on the status of cases, and reporting any potential issues or breaches. You will also review legal settlements, ensure that all parties have met their obligations, and escalate any possible issues to the Case Management and Recoveries Lead.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out full case process reviews, including updating senior members of the team on the status of cases and reporting any potential issues or breaches.
  • Review legal settlements and ensure that all parties have met their obligations.
  • Escalate any possible issues to the Case Management and Recoveries Lead.
  • Collect and monitor customer feedback and identify any trends or the need for any changes to products or processes in line with the FCA's Consumer Duty.
  • Process all invoices received, obtain client authorisation for payment, and upload to the CRM.
  • Issue statements of account, redemption statements, and annual statements.
  • Inform the Head of Credit and Finance team of any expected repayments and manage the redemption process.
  • Identify and conduct an initial assessment on any possible loan increases before referring to Underwriting.
  • Obtain any outstanding documentation and ensure all parties meet their obligations.
  • Ensure the Company's compliance policies, e.g. AML/data protection, are adhered to in line with FCA regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous Law Graduate from a top university.
  • Real attention to detail.
  • Ability to use Microsoft suite of tools to a good standard.
  • Professional communication style.
