Harmonic Operations is seeking an exceptional Operations Analyst to join our team in London. As a key member of our Loan Management team, you will play a critical role in the rapid scaling of our innovative business.
About the Role:
- Carry out full case process reviews, including updating senior team members on case status and reporting potential issues or breaches.
- Review legal settlements and ensure all parties have met their obligations to our clients and that loan repayment is secure.
- Escalate any possible issues and work with the Case Management and Recoveries Lead to remedy breaches or other problems.
- Collect and monitor customer feedback, identifying trends and the need for changes to products or processes in line with the FCA's Consumer Duty.
- Process all invoices received, obtain client authorization for payment, and upload to the CRM.
- Issue statements of account, redemption statements, and annual statements.
- Inform the Head of Credit and Finance team of any expected repayments and manage the redemption process.
- Identify and conduct an initial assessment on any possible loan increases before referring to Underwriting.
- Obtain any outstanding documentation and ensure all parties meet their obligations.
- Ensure the Company's compliance policies, such as AML and data protection, are adhered to in line with FCA regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous Law Graduate from a top university.
- Real attention to detail.
- Ability to use Microsoft suite of tools to a good standard.
- Professional communication style.
