We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Motability Operations Ltd. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and optimising our pricing strategies and residual value risk management.
Reporting into the Analytics Lead, you will utilise a wide range of technologies and data science techniques to create valuable insights that will improve our decision-making and processes. You will leverage advanced analytics to optimise business processes and decision making, executing the delivery of insights via reports and data visualisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Translating business problems into requirements, projects, and solutions
- Leveraging advanced analytics to optimise business processes and decision making

- Proactively providing data-driven recommendations to the business for key decisions
We are looking for an individual with an analytical mindset, keen critical thinking skills, and a strong interest in data and analytics. You should have a numerate degree that demonstrates strong mathematical and modelling/statistical skills, as well as intermediate SQL and Python skills, with advanced Excel skills.
Desirable skills include experience using Oracle tools (OBIEE/OAS), Tableau, and/or Snowflake.
