Learning and Development Associate

We are seeking a Learning and Development Associate to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter, located in Epsom, Surrey. This part-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and team working skills, as well as confidence in using IT for administrative tasks. A GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above is also required.
About the Role
As a Learning and Development Associate, you will be responsible for helping students develop their skills and grow into independence. You may be required to undertake some personal care for students with physical or medical disabilities.
You will also provide in-class support to students and act as an advocate for them. Your understanding of and empathy with students who have learning difficulties, are disaffected or have behavioural problems is essential.
